Was charged $29 for vicks vapour rub extra.. same product elsewhere $12. When questioned about the cost. Was told by a very rude pharmacy assistant " i dont set the price" Worst service from a Terry White pharmacy ever.
Staff need to mind their business and have better interpersonal training. My friend has diabetes, as such she's prescribed ozempic as advised by her doctor. She went to get her prescription today and the staff were so rude to her, talking to themselves in front of her, being judgy about her taking this medication. The staff member who checked her out told her "you might want to stop taking this" as if she hasn't been consulting her doctor about her use of this medication??
