Had what i wanted
My new "go to" chemist. Quick, thorough service and the young girl (Kailie) that helped me was delightful and was extremely helpful. Very well presented store. 10/10!

the staff is soooo nice, i go here whenever im at bateau bay shops and the Jess girl has such good customer service and such great manners, give that girl a raise!
I love everyone at this chemist. Every single time I have been here all staff are smiling and friendly. I have made this my only chemist I go to for the fact the customer service is absolutely exceptional. Today I complimented the two ladies on the register and they both were genuinely happy to hear that a customer enjoys coming to the chemist. All staff at bateau bay terry white are definitely amazing and non-judgemental (I have been to chemists where the judgement is felt just entering the chemist).
