I go there all the time and the staff are always lovely and friendly and very helpful
Rate this store as poorly as Priceline Bateau Bay.The pharmacists here are incredibly rude and show no compassion or respect toward customers. I can’t overstate how poorly I was treated — it was unprofessional and upsetting. I am also uncertain why they ask me to tell the doctor how to write a prescription, if they have an issue call the doctor themselves, otherwise stay in your own lane.They are owned by the same owner of Priceline Bateau Bay therefore they share staff between the stores. I had a really tough day and broke down at the pharmacy, but the staff were so kind and patient. They helped me sort out my prescription and even brightened my mood with a small conversation and a compliment. Their kindness truly turned my day around, and I’m really grateful for that
