Most unhelpful pharmacy I have been to. Required an emergency supply of blood pressure medication, they wouldn't supply despite me previously being a customer as they said I didn't have regular history with them.....I have been caught out previously and gone to a pharmacy that I haven't ever been to before and been supplied! **** To your response - if your staff had focussed on suggesting how I could get the script e.g. an online digital script instead of telling why I couldn't get the script it would not have been an issue.... read more

Staff have always been lovely and helpful when I have been in, and I've never really had to wait very long for prescriptions. The pharmacist also helped out when they didnt have what i needed in stock and was able to track it down at another chemist for me then called them to confirm they had it. Very appreciative of their help!
Medications I require are always available. Service is good. Pharmacy is plentifully stocked. Good range. Decent prices. Happy customer
Friendly staff, they were helpful even though there was a misunderstanding with my script. However, in store there was a mature aged woman that served me at the counter. I didn’t realise until I left that she’d made an unwanted comment about my medication when paying. It’s disappointing that someone would make a comment like that in this day and age, especially a pharmaceutical assistant. Great service other than the one individual.
