Amazing team! Really friendly with kids! My son! Charlie my son was given a book and a lolly from the staff, they engaged with him telling him about his medicine. Really great family atmosphere. Will be back
Will be removing all my scripts from here and going to another chemist. Disgusting customer service by the male chemists. Clearly don't have any respect for white females. Yes I get the impression of sexism and racism from them
Rude staff, on the phone at the counter. I went in for something I've never had before, no questions were asked i wasn't asked what medications or medical issues I had (to make sure what they gave me was ok) and not even any instructions on how to use it. I read the packet and googled the medicine and realised it was absolutely unsuitable for someone who uses the prescription medication I do and could cause a seizure.
