Friendly informative staff and pharmacist. Who actually, listen snd care and help. If they dont have the product,go out of thier way to advise where you can find. Craig and the staff have always been lovely to deal with but the owner was rude, unempathetic and really did not care, with no understanding of mental health. I was feeling anxious every time I went to pick up my meds. Had little knowledge of how webster packs work. Have now moved on and am well looked after now though this chemist lost a $1k per year account. Hope it was worth it 😕
