GREAT CHEMIST - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I urgently needed some rub for my knee that was playing up. The staff member had the super strength version and she also provided a private room so that I could apply the rub straight away to relieve the pain. What kind of service is that? And I wasn't a local either.

I recently visited this store to purchase an item advertised on their website for $27.59, reflecting a 40% discount from the RRP. However, the item scanned at full price at the checkout. When I queried this with the staff member, she consulted the chemist. He explained that $27.59 was below cost price and couldn't be honored. He offered a "one-time only" price of $33. I walked in 14 minutes before closing time for pharmacist dispensed antibiotics on NYE, closing time was as 5pm. I was initially told that they required 2 pharmacists to dispense (implied by law). When I googled and told them that was not the case, they said they didn’t have time (it takes 15 minutes and there was now 13 minutes left) and it had been a “long day”. Simon Montfort went out of his way to be helpful today in sourcing retrovirals for a sick family member. I would like to sincerely thank him! What a nice man! Also, this chemist has an ice cream parlour in it. So Australian. I love it.

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered from the OLD Blonde female pharmacist with the condescending attitude.
