absolute gobsmacked at the staff member who thought it'd be great to be very loud when talking about private health issues, so loud the store which was very busy mind you could hear everything. No need to be rude .
I went in this morning to fulfill my last repeat of a prescription. I had been given a paper repeat at the last chemist I went to (which I must have accidentally thrown out with the bag I got my tablets in) though I usually use e script. The lovely sales assistant helped by searching on the cloud and getting me access to an e script, fulfilling it straight away. My elderly mother dropped off her script to be processed went back to pick it up 1.5 hrs later to pick it up still had to wait as it hadn’t been processed shocking service
