Atrocious… left standing waiting to put script in and ignored when i was the only one there. Left standing waiting for script pickup and watched the girls hiding out the back to avoid customers and return to serve people not standing under the sripts out sign. Both times i had to ask whats going on. Ive never been here before, and will never return.

There are a couple of staff who are quite nice, sadly the rest are quite rude. One young lady in particular thinks customers are a real nuisance. There is a term for her non-expressive, non-smiling face “resting ….. face”. This young lady serves me regularly, unfortunately. She never says please or thank you just looks at me blankly as if to say you really are interrupting my ‘doing nothing’ time, the look she gives and the attitude she has is as if I’m a piece of dirt she has scraped off her shoe. absolute gobsmacked at the staff member who thought it'd be great to be very loud when talking about private health issues, so loud the store which was very busy mind you could hear everything. No need to be rude .

I went in this morning to fulfill my last repeat of a prescription. I had been given a paper repeat at the last chemist I went to (which I must have accidentally thrown out with the bag I got my tablets in) though I usually use e script. The lovely sales assistant helped by searching on the cloud and getting me access to an e script, fulfilling it straight away.
