Absolute poor customer service. I phoned through to this store twice to enquire about a script and online order and on both calls I was on hold for over 10min. Gosh knows what the staff were doing but this is the last time I use this pharmacy for my scripts. And before you all come at me, I understand at times staff are held up with in person customers, but there is no option for a call back or to leave a message. This I find very poor considering most, if not all, other businesses have a call back option.
Ms Naghmeh from TerryWhite Chemmart is a wonderful and higly professional. I had great experience with the pharmacist today. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire interaction. She took the time to clearly explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable and well-informed. Her warm and caring approach truly stood out and made a big difference. It’s reassuring to be looked after by someone so knowledgeable and compassionate. Thank you for your excellent service!
Absolutely amazing team, my partner and I have been going to this pharmacy for a while to get our regular medication and always get the staff to order it in, it has always been a seamless process. Today we went to pick up our medication which had been ordered on Monday and confirmed on Wednesday. I have been going to Terry White Australia Fair for close to ten years. Over the years, I have encountered much rudeness, including staff commenting on where I live and telling me to go to a different store closer to where I live. I have explained to them it is more convenient for me to come to this store and their comments have made me feel unwelcome.
