The vaccination service experience at this pharmacy was quite confusing and disappointing. The sign clearly states "Walk-ins welcome," implying that direct walk-ins for vaccinations are accepted. However, upon arrival, I was informed that an appointment was absolutely necessary. This discrepancy in information not only wasted my time and effort but also caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I found the staff member Coby very well trained with polite quality’s and knows his medicine and he checks everything that we had with our medicines while also explaining what to do with everything he is a very kind sole
Currently in the Gold Coast on holidays. I usually use the myTWC app to order from my local TWCM at home so used that to place an order for more sunscreen while at Sea World and collected on our way back to our accommodation. It was ready within 40 minutes of placing the order and collection was really quick and easy. Thanks so much!
