Very disappointing experience when I attended for simple medication advice. The older lady with glasses at the prescription counter spoke in a condescending, lecturing manner and used unnecessarily complicated terms instead of being helpful. I felt belittled and upset, and despite telling her she was being rude, the interaction did not improve. I ended up leaving without the assistance I needed. Usually I have a great experience there with the team members, but because of that woman I won’t be coming back.
Fantastic staff. Always really friendly and helpful. I had a couple of discrepancies and staff were amazing to deal with and incredibly helpful. Great staff, great prices.
