A wonderful pharmacy. Staff are caring and attentive, and always willing to assist.
My elderly, cognitively impaired Mother has now had TWO prescriptions filled incorrectly! The first instance the pharmacist dispensed an opioid medication of more than double the prescribed dose - resulting in significant mental and physical decline which eventually required hospitalisation. I reported the pharmacy to AHPRA as a result. My Mother remained loyal to the pharmacy despite this and has yet again been given an incorrect dose of a prescription medication relating to kidneys.
