The pharmacist was rude and argumentative with my partner who had proof of concession and demanded the physical card following up by saying its not our fault you can't remember your card if this is how you treat vulnerable ndis participant maybe you should look for a new job
The Pharmacists are great, staff knowledgeable and a big range of stock. Happy to have this as our local pbarmacy
I visit this place for my vaccination i asked their receptionist that i am here I don’t know what happened she didn’t told nurse that i am here for my vaccination then after 15 minutes i go back to the same receptionist then she again asked me oh you can ask the Monika that you are here…i was disappointed by receptionist i waited there for 25 minutes Then i talk to nurse she was really nice. She talked with me really calmly. But there customer service team is really bad
Fantastic pharmacy 😊 lovely staff, always above and beyond with customer service, very friendly. I struggle w mental health and am prescribed medicinal cannabis and have never once felt judged or been treated badly at this location.
Charging over $20 recommend price for my proscription just moved always used TerryWhite after that disgrace and they way I was spoken to never again.
