Normally I really enjoyed going to this chemist but today I found both pharmacists were rude unprofessional. I needed to get conjunctivitis drops for my 18mth old. The male pharmacist was chatting to his friend who had already picked up his medication whilst he knew I was waiting. The female pharmacist also knew I was waiting but had asked that I see the male pharmacist. Even after the male staff member advocated for me nothing changed. It was a very disappointing experience especially with a sick child.
A wonderful pharmacy. Staff are caring and attentive, and always willing to assist.
