Disappointed with the male staff member on the floor today. I don’t think I’ll be returning while he’s there. I understand new team members need training however you can’t teach simple manners and decency.
I was recently on holiday and had lost my prescription. The staff at Terry Whites Armidale went above and beyond in resolving my request. I asked if their pharmacist could contact Terry Whites near where I lived, which they were more than happy to do for me. The pharmacist Melissa, Anna and the whole team where all very kind, patient and understanding. Thank you guys. You are awesome! 👍👍
