Staff are knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. Naturally I visit to have my scripts filled plus I can walk in and have a COVID booster.
I was served by Dvanvi, and unfortunately, the experience was unpleasant. When I couldn’t find an over-the-counter medication, she raised her voice at me in a rude and unprofessional manner. This isn’t the first time she has spoken to me this way, and it left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Consistent courtesy is important in customer service, and I hope this issue is addressed.
