Terrible service won't be back
Honestly. Disgraceful Service ... a friend got a click and collect today and was treated absolutely awful. She didn't get a text code and apparently that was her fault. We had planned to spend more money too, which we didn't feel comfortable doing. Why help pay the wage of a below par service attendant? The second lady who served did make up for the experience and apologised... but the first lady, who was clearly overdue for her break ... just yuck. Kudos to the second lady.
