Awesome service with friendly staff
Terrible service won't be back
Honestly. Disgraceful Service ... a friend got a click and collect today and was treated absolutely awful. She didn't get a text code and apparently that was her fault. We had planned to spend more money too, which we didn't feel comfortable doing. Why help pay the wage of a below par service attendant? The second lady who served did make up for the experience and apologised... but the first lady, who was clearly overdue for her break ... just yuck. Kudos to the second lady. Thank you to the amazing team at Terry White Chemmart in Albury City. I don't live in Albury/Wodonga but needed the assistance of a chemist. Not only did they provide me with great advice but even went so far as to phone a local Doctor and arrange an appointment for me that day. Incredible service and my sincere thank you to all I had contact with - I felt extremely cared for and there was a genuine interest in me. I'd definitely recommend Terry White Chemmart to everyone, such a high level of care!
