Took my truck there with a dd15 to get def/dpf deleted and they did a bad job . Truck would puff white smoke and stutter after taking off and then they deleted egr which is not supposed to be deleted on a dd15 because thats what regulates boost pressure and temperature. Ive called multiple times to be told to wait for a call back or just never answer . From day 1 never received a call back and spent almost 4k to not get what i needed and have a unusable truck . Professional service and helpful staff! Would recommend for any heavy duty truck repairs.
Please please PLEASE make the owner give you an exact amount of what the repair work would cost. Terry refused to give an exact answer until the job was done. After seeing the itemized list of the bill, I’d strongly advise everyone to go anywhere else. There was a reason he was being so shady about the price. Never would have made an appointment for service work to be done if I’d seen the bill PRIOR. Lesson learned.
