Unfortunately while the cuts are healthy, the tree just looks butchered and hacked. It will take years to reshape. Also the guys they sent were mostly polite and skilled, but the language barrier was a problem. And they were not gentle about trampling the garden or dropping very large branches on the deck. (Which was very stressful, and I could see your workers through the window making fun of me. Rude. We had a huge oak tree fall unexpectedly, partially on a building. Terry's Tree Service was recommended by our friend/realtor. Terry was out to survey the damage the same day and the tree removed right away. Other trees were damaged as well and they were taken out to prevent future issues. We are extremely happy with the service and care of our property by Terry and his crew. We highly recommend this business for their excellent work, knowledge and professionalism.
