This shop is unprofessional nreliable and they only accept cash! Terry's Transmission is extremely unprofessional. The co owner Roy Terry gave me 3 different dates my vehicle would be ready and stated he only accepted cash as payment. I have never heard of a business that only offers payments in the form of cash. He began repairs without authorization from me first. I never received a receipt for an estimate of the cost. I am now taking legal action as the owner informed me the car will belong to him in 60 days if I dont pay... read more
Go to a different shop! I am begging you; do not trust this man to fix your transmission. At first we thought he was a great local business man. We had an "on the side of the road" emergency and showed up quickly, towed the car and even was willing to work with us on payment. This was almost 8 weeks ago. Each day we are told it will be done tomorrow and each day we have to pay for a rental to get back and forth. It is now a week until Christmas...we have put all our money into renting a car.
