Extremely Disappointed with Service and Integrity In December i entrusted Terry Transmission on Warwick Blvd in Newport News, VA, with my 2019 Lincoln MKC to have the transmission replaced. Initially, the car seemed fine, but issues arose shortly after. By February 2024, my vehicle started leaking transmission fluid significantly after a long trip. Awesome customer service! Repaired my Ford Focus in a timely fashion with frequent updates. Patiently provided detailed answers to my questions and explained the repair process in clear layman’s terms. Highly recommended!
