Terry will not stand behind his work. I had my truck aligned with new tires and 1500 miles later my tires were wore badly. I took it back and he charged me for another alignment. He blamed my truck for the problem when all he did was re align it the second time.
Exactly the same as the other review. I had just replaced the upper and lower ball joints and tie rod ends on my truck and needed an alignment. Truck didn't feel quite right after the alignment but I thought it was just me. After about three weeks I noticed my new tires wearing strangely. Talked with guy at shop and he said there was nothing they could do. Said they always recommend a second alignments after front end components break in but nobody suggested that before. They ripped me off. Vary bluntly and carelessly. Were paid to work on my car and did not do the job they were asked to do or bother to refund anything paid for their services or lack there of. Never seen such poor ethics demonstrated by a company that calls themselves professionals. They failed to do their job and sent me away with no help or reimbursement of any kind. If i could rate them at any less then one star I would not hesitate to do so.
