Terry did an excellent job deep cleaning my mattress — it looks and feels brand new. He always replied straight away and turned up exactly when he said he would, which is so rare these days. It’s clear he really cares about doing a great job. I’m so glad I found him and I’ll definitely book him again. Keep up the amazing work, Terry!

We have used Terry's Steam Cleaning over a long period for both carpet and furniture and never been dissappointed. The results have always been excellent. Good honest local business that you can't go wrong with.
Really not that happy with the finishes result. Felt like some areas of the carpets were not touched - some had been steamed and some had only been vacuumed. Not sure I’ll use this company again. For $500 I would have expected a bit better.
