Droped off a Toro lawnmower for a blade shaprening, and a oil and spark plug change. At the time before drop off, the mower fired on the first or second pull every time. After three weeks of not hearing anything, I called for the third time, and someone actually answered. He said that the coil was bad, and the LM would not fire. I asked them to try again and they swore they put the old coil on and it still would not work. I know it's the busy season,but, what kind of repair service has a sign on the front door saying they are overwhelmed , and not accepting new drop offs? Hire another mechanic. i went 15 miles out of my way to give you my business. guess who won't be back?

very helpful – i called and said i could not make it on time to get mt mower, i would be about 10 min. late a girl stayed open and let me in after thay were closed. grate people to deal with. thanks

Expert care for my Stihl – The people at Terry's have always provided me expert advice, are very honest, do great work, and their fees are fair. I have used them for over 20 years for my chainsaws (sharpening & fixing), ny weedeater, my generator, my garden tractor, etc. I would recommend them to anyone.

Waste of time! – Dropped off my chainsaw to get fixed & 2 wks went by & heard nothing! Called to check status & was told it would be 3 or 4 more wks before they got to it. Most people need their stuff fixed within a wk or 2 not over a month or longer. Needless to say i picked it up took it somewhere else! There are plenty of people looking for jobs out there maybe they should look into that if there that swamped! Never Again!!!!

Had a real problem with them! – I dropped off my mower on Feb 26 to see if it needed a ring replacement, since it had starting smoking when in use. (It ran just fine!) I was given an estimate on March 2 of $225, which I approved. I called them on March 18 and was told the parts had just arrived and it would be three days before I could pick it up.
