EDITED: Originally we were happy with our whole experience here, that is until we had to deal with their service department. Our rv had an issue with the heater which we took it in for, they proceeded to keep the trailer for two months promising over and over it would be done just waiting for a special part. We ended up needing the rv for a trip before they were done so we picked it up and after watching a ten minute YouTube video, we fixed the issue with a part from Amazon that shipped next day.
