Parris RV South is amazing! We went there and talked with Brian who listened to what we wanted in a trailer and the first trailer he showed us hit almost every box we wanted for our trailer. We went to different RV places and not one salesperson matched Brian and the attention he gave us! Kyle was wonderful in explaining our financing which is always greatly appreciated! If you’re looking for an RV, drive here and talk to Troy! I am picky and wanted a unicorn- he was patient and got me the exact trailer I wanted at a killer price! Even when I got impatient and thought about other options he kept me encouraged and made sure I got what I wanted, and didn’t settle. I would say I would buy from him again, but the trailer is so awesome I am not sure I will ever have to upgrade! Haha
I can’t say enough about these guys, from Troy our salesman down to the whole staff to make sure everything was perfect. Truly a great experience at Parris RV
Trailer wasn’t cleaned, as I was told it would be. Was told the trailer would be completely checked to ensure everything worked. When I got it home, the electric portion of the water heater didn’t work. Asked for another element and was told to contact the service department. They wouldn’t replace it.
Chris at south Parris was very helpful with me and my husband walk through, especially with us being first time trailer owners. He was very knowledgeable and made sure all questions were answered.
