1 year UPDATE*** Changed my review from 5 to 2 stars. Super pressured into purchasing their trailer over another dealers which okay fine if it’s as great of a trailer as they claim… turns out this trailer did NOT have the features the salesman claimed it had. We have it at another dealer now trying to fix multiple issues. (Fridge stopped working, shower door handle fell off, roof is having issues, and the TV in the main living area sucks.) Round 2 and these guys are absolute legends! I just picked up my SECOND rig from Parris RV and let me tell you—the sequel is better than the original! You HAVE to go into their South location in Murray and ask for Troy, the 'Director of Fun.' But don't let the title fool you—the man is a machine. I’m so impressed with Troy and Brenan. They were amazing to work with! They found exactly what we were looking for and made the whole process of buying our toy hauler smooth and easy. Brenan was great with communication, getting the trailer down to us, and making sure we were happy with it. Troy goes the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied.
