Troy was very helpful in picking out the right RV for my truck and the whole staff bent over backwards to get me into the trailer.
We had one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership today at Parris RV. I want to start by saying that Paul was fantastic. He was professional, helpful, and a great salesman throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, our experience with Kyle ultimately resulted in the deal falling apart. I completely understand that a dealership has every right to inspect a trade-in and decide that it is not something they are interested in accepting. Sales team is great and friendly, management was really, really bad. They were not happy that we wanted to see our trailer before we signed and were super rude and argumentative when we insisted. No congratulations, no hand shake, nothing. Really expected more from Parris. Manager did say that he was having a bad day and was in a bad mood... that was weird, it's like ok then can you get someone else (???) Stay away from South especially if manger is in.

This is beyond the best experience we’ve ever had buying a trailer. We have purchased other trailers in the past from another dealer and gone to many others to look. These guys had the best selection and the kindest staff. Troy and Bryan were incredible helpful. Chris gave us the most fantastic walk-through, he explained everything to us and answered all our questions. I mean really, every staff member we came across was absolutely amazing.
