We have been shopping at all of the local RV dealers and even some out of state looking for something that will fit our needs. I wish we would have stopped at Terry's RV Center first. "Sean", our salesman, was wonderful!!! Even though we told him we weren't buying today, he still took the time to find out what our needs are educate us on the different models and didn't just rush us out the door like other sales people have at other places. We bought our travel trailer in the Fall of 2015. Great deal, great camper. Service was good. Overall no problems. We like Terr's better than the other RV dealers around.
Decided not to purchase here for personal reasons. They took my deposit on a Monday and on Tuesday we requested a refund. By Thursday we had to ask for the refund again, and now they needed our card number to process. I would not trust any business who does not process transactions in a timely and efficient manner .
