Terry's RV provided excellent service when I took our motorhome on it's maiden voyage and turned out the A/C didn't cool. it was a nightmare in 100+ degree summer weather. Kim provided great customer service by working with the warranty and providing me updates every other day or so. I could tell she really cared about the situation I was in with my two young children and she stayed on top of it. Mr. Hobgood, I apologize that we could not be more accommodating of your needs. We try to work with our customers and provide them good service, in as reasonable time as possible, at a good price. We are sorry that the forecast was calling for rain and every bay that I can fit our RV/ campers in is currently preoccupied with bigger jobs that are not yet finished. A lady by the name of Esther made a reservation for Monday March 28. It appears they do not have the facilities to fix RV motor homes properly and she treats customers with no respect. I recommend that NO-ONE have any work done at this repair service. It is a mom and pop business with no support staff.
