I would not recommend this company, especially if you are a first-time pool owner looking for guidance and professional service. We recently purchased a home with a pool and honestly had very little knowledge about pool equipment, maintenance, or the different pump systems. Instead of being helpful and educating us, the technician was rude, dismissive, and condescending throughout the visit. We are 10 years in with our pool . It still looks amazing the liner is in excellent condition. I can’t recommend Terry’s pools enough he is always at our home within a day to open and close our pool . If you are considering a pool give Terry a call , you won’t be disappointed.

I wish I could give 0 stars! TERRIBLE boss to his employee of 6 years. My boyfriend has worked loyally for Terry for 6 years, and even went out of his way many times after he was off the clock for Terry. But, Terry lets the other employees talk to him like trash, and even Terry himself tries to bully him around. It’s so sad to see a business owner use his status to push around the employee that has made him money for the last 6 years.
