Agreed for them to be at the house at 2. Called and said they’d be there around 3 or so. Never showed, never called, wouldn’t answer the phone or respond to messages after that. Completely unprofessional, irresponsible, and unreliable. If zero stars was an option would absolutely choose that option. Someone who disregards their word AND wastes the time of someone in this manner does NOT deserve your business.
