VERY VERY BAD customer service. My mom is a very old woman and went to Terry's Plumbing Supply Inc. and purchased an oil boiler for over $3,200. They sold a part with the boiler that is defected and they realized that after. Even though we have a years worth of warranty for the parts, they REFUSE to help her and have her crying and running all over.
