Passing through town and car stopped at gas station while headed back to Texas. Called Terry, he offered some advice and stated he would be on his way in about 1 hour to 1 hour and a half. Called him a few more times to do a status check, to which he stated he would be come. I was disappointed to have never heard from him confirming he was on the way or not. Like a few other reviews, I was left hanging. Luckily, I was able to get assistance elsewhere. Unreliable...

I was in Woodstock, VA on business for over a week when i noticed a massive oil leak in my car on the Walmart parking lot, where i was selling fireworks from a stand. Because my hood was up, Terry stopped by to see if he could help.. I gave him the go-ahead, after which he began removing parts from my engine. They worked for an hour or so and then gave me a ride into town where I was staying. They even picked me up the next morning and promised to come back at noon.
