I reached out by phone and email and got no response or call back, so i went to a different place as it was urgent. I value good communication and it left a bad taste on my tongue. I think an improvement in communication would be good.
So professional and her work is very clean!
Terry is a master at her art! She is a perfectionist and does not let you leave until your lashes are looking amazing! I always get compliments on my lashes from random people so that just proves her work is amazing :)
I only get lash extensions for special occasions and for someone with very sparse and short lashes (Asian), she did an incredible job with filling in my lashes as much as she could. Definitely will be coming back again! :)
