Dropped off a gmc topkick with the understanding they had the tools to do injector cups for a cat 3116. Took a month to confirm injector cups. And they realized they didn’t have the correct tooling. At least he didn’t start throwing expensive parts at it. At first they were going to release it at no charge then I got a request to pay a $500 bill for the diagnostics. Diagnostics from one shop don’t save you anything when going to the next shop so I had to pay for diagnostics again. 3 stars because he towed it to another shop ... read more
