Asked for terry to come out for an estimate on a concrete pour. What a mistake and waste of time. Terry was rude over text message. Never once did I ask for pricing over the phone but he could not comprehend that I was trying to setup an estimate in person. I even sent him the project location and dates to meet. After explaining to him that he is repeating himself about the pricing over the phone (which I never requested). Terry ultimately said he will pass on the job completely. He does great work with any job that is given to him! Good and timely services. Not over priced. Very nice! Great customer service!
