Terry is fantastic! I went in to have my starter changed and left with 3 other things fixed in less than 3 hours, for a fraction of what it would have cost me at many places around town. He is also full of helpful information on how to save in upkeep in the long run. Highly recommended!

Okay, I went from freaking out to inner peace in about 60 seconds. My car was making a horrible noise. I know enough about cars to be occasionally accurate, but usually not. I knew what it wasn't, but I didn't know what it was. Terry said come down and let me hear it. So I did. He walked beside the car as I slowly pulled forward. He said, "Oh, I know what that is. Terry does high quality, beautiful body work with an attention to detail that is rare in the industry. He also cares about his community and customers and shows it by keeping his rates affordable. He just fixed a crease in our Honda CRV fender quickly and perfectly—and made some other repairs along the way! There aren’t many of these small independent shops around, we’re lucky to have Terry’s Custom Auto Works in our neighborhood.

I would give him 1000 stars but it won’t let me. I’ve been going to Terry since I moved to Seattle and he is the most honest and friendly mechanic in the city. I truly look forward to bringing my car here because he is such a joy to speak with and always lets you know just what work you need to have done and doesn’t try to sell you an extra stuff.
