Great service! A week ago, a deer hit me broadside, tore off drivers’ side rear fender well plastic piece on my 2012 Nissan Juke. Damage wasn’t too bad, but I didn't want to file a claim w/ insurance. I live near Claremont and have driven by Terry’s many times. On a whim (no appointment) I drove up at 0800 JAN 13 hoping for the best. Donnie looked at it, he said he could fix it, I asked for an estimate, he said probably under $50. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but a frustration. I wasted a considerable time driving to this place for a quote, they took pictures of my car, I wrote down my email and phone#, they promised to send a quote later the same day, they did not. I sent them a message, they did not respond, I called them the next day, they said they were almost ready to send, will be in just a few. Nothing happened. They do excellent work, and for a very fair price. My car got dinged when someone backed into me, causing several deep scratches in the paint on the left rear corner panel of my Honda HRV. Don repainted the area, and it looks like new. This is a shop that is tried and true. You can have confidence when you bring your vehicle to Terry's Collision.
