Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but a frustration. I wasted a considerable time driving to this place for a quote, they took pictures of my car, I wrote down my email and phone#, they promised to send a quote later the same day, they did not. I sent them a message, they did not respond, I called them the next day, they said they were almost ready to send, will be in just a few. Nothing happened. Excellent work.!!!
They do excellent work, and for a very fair price. My car got dinged when someone backed into me, causing several deep scratches in the paint on the left rear corner panel of my Honda HRV. Don repainted the area, and it looks like new. This is a shop that is tried and true. You can have confidence when you bring your vehicle to Terry's Collision.
