We had Terry install carpet quite a few years ago. Not long after it being installed, it started to crease throughout the house. I’m attaching a few pictures of just a small portion of the upstairs of my grandmother’s house. I’m not sure if it was poor install technique or just a poor product but we never were able to get him to stand behind it. I do not recommend him IF he is still in business.
