Terry was at my home in Lexington on thurs the 24th of July 2014 with one of his techs they cleaned some carpets upholstery and did a carpet repair and I was very pleased with all the time and effort they put into taking care of these items they also pointed out that behind my sofa which backs up to my laundry room the wall was wet and watered stain from a leak I did not know I had that could have been a bigger problem later thanks terry and your tech for a great job customer for life
