They never answer their phone... when I set up my appt, I asked, by text, like I said they dont answer their phone, to set up for my neighbor at the same time. He texted me back, gave me a time, but when they got here the guy wasn't scheduled to do my neighbors. When we called to ask he said we didnt set anything up. I forwarded the texts of our conversation and he didn't respond...no apology....th... read more
Great experience with Terry's Carpet Care! Moving out of our rental and needed professional carpet cleaning to accomodate our tight moving schedule. Terry was able to schedule us on a Sunday morning. Fast and efficient cleaning by Terry and Shawn...carpets look great! Highly recommend service and his knowledge/willingness to share info on carpet care! Thanks again!!
