Terry and his team did a great job. Were generous with there time to fit our needs and gave a great result. Much more reasonable pricing than other quotes we received and did not try to upsale. Very pleased and will use them again!

I had been using Terry for about 10.years. Never had an issue. However, I phoned him to set up a cleaning on a Thursday. I had company coming from overseas the next day and wanted the house to be clean. I got all of the furniture up and was ready for the scheduled 10-12 am timeframe. I had to make special arrangements to have someone at the house. No one ever showed up. I tried calling him and it always went to a recorded message stating that the mailbox was full. 1.0 star rating 1/20/2018 Nightmare. Got a coupon and thought I would try them. Worst mistake ever. First - my daughter had some cash in her room (not smart) and it was there the day before my carpets were cleaned and gone the day after. $2000 was stolen. Second - the office said they sent one guy and two guys actually showed up. One looked like he was on crack. He said he just helps out on occasion. So who was this guy? Was not an employee. We got a coupon in the mail for Terry’s carpet care and the price sounded cheap so I thought it was worth a try. I called multiple phone numbers multiple times. There is no way to leave a message since the voice mailbox is full. Someone finally returned a call and said the owner never checks the voicemail and they try to answer but mostly return calls from the caller ID. Worst experience ever. I had called and made an appointment two weeks before the date of service. I had a window from 12-2 and nobody showed up. When I called the business, the owner answered and let me know that I just woke him up and he was laying in bed with his wife. He wouldn't give me any answers and said he had no idea if someone was showing up to my house or what I should do. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
