Wish I could give them 10 stars. I went it looking for a way to improve the sound coming from my stock system in my truck. Figured I’d probably need to spend a lot. Terry walked me through my options and ultimately suggested a solution that saved me hundreds. I highly recommend this business. They are honest, extremely knowledgeable and very nice. They just made another loyal customer.

After purchasing my new ride, a 2004 Hummer H2, it was in dire need of an updated stereo. I called around and spoke to several installers in my area. After speaking to Terry, I decided he was the one. His knowledge and professionalism sold me. Terrys was 1 ½ hours away, but it was worth the trip. Tons of inventory to choose from and he will guide you along the way. Just waiting to set up another appointment with him for a car starter and front camera. 100% recommended. As an audiophile I highly recommend coming here. Terry and his crew were so helpful, and they gave me some great recommendations. I ended up getting a sweet new Sony receiver and some awesome speakers. A few weeks later, and I'm loving the upgrade. The customer service was everything you'd expect from a Vermont store – super friendly and helpful. They even checked in with me later to make sure everything was working perfectly. These guys are a gem, and I'll definitely be going back to them for any future car audio needs.

As a 2020 customer and 2024 Toyota Employee who reached out in a pinch, Terry's Auto is above and beyond; not only with their customer service and loyalty, but their community reputation with locals and businesses! If you need Remote-Starters, Heated Seats, Audio Equipment...or for Terry to make you laugh on a bad day (thank you again! 🤣), this is the one and only place.

Terry is the G.O.A.T. if you're looking for anything car audio. I've come in numerous times looking to buy screws and other mounting hardware and he gives it to me for free. Will shoot the shit with you and talk car audio as long as you want. Never rushes you. Shares the same level of enthusiasm as us fellow car audio hobbyists. Huge selection, especially for little ol Rutland, with constant sales and always keeps the inventory current and fresh.
