Bait and Switch The price was quoted one way, and then another, and then another... In the end, it was marked up and we were not consulted. Too late, the work was done! I would not use this bike shop!

not good. I go here a lot because relative to how close it is to my house, it's the cheapest. unfortunately, when you go in for just a part, like a few comments down, they act like it's not worth their time. Also, DO NOT trust what they tell you for time estimates. It is almost ALWAYS at least twice as long as they say the first time, as it has been for me, and I go in a lot. However, they do a great job. Terry's is a good shop overall, but slow and unprofessional.

Service I've been to Terry's about a dozen times through the years and was there as recently as last weekend. I've bought parts, got old bikes fixed up and bought new bikes. I've always found the prices right, the service good and the staff knowledgeable and helpful.

Ignored in the Store... Terrible Service... I walked in and was totally ignored.. I browsed around the shop for about 15 minutes. I was left alone in the shope and frankly could have helped myself to anything I wanted. After standing at the counter trying to get someones attention, I just walked out. They saw me but didn't care. I hope this shop closes down. In an economy like this, customer service is the key to staying open. I'll never go back..

Awful...just awful. I bought my bike from here years ago and generally speaking I was happy with the bike and the price. But I've been in several times since then and they act like you're not worth the bother if you're just there for a part. Today they ignored me altogether while attending to people that walked in after me. After 25 minutes I left in absolute anger. The best Have bought so many bikes/accessories here over the years for me and my kids. The best is when Terry takes car of you but always knowledgeable younger folks around. Always reasonable and good advice. Unlike other "snotty" shops in town. Will always go the Terry's as long as he's open.
