Don’t listen to the negative Nancy’s on here complaining about the customer service. I came in yesterday to have my emissions and vin verification done so I could license my car here, the young lady that was in the office was absolutely outstanding! We just had the best conversation while my car was in the bay, hands down I will be back for anything I may need on my car! Best customer service I’ve ever received! #doingthingsright!
Amazing!! All of the staff are amazing and they know what to do. They were just phenomenally awesome in helping me with my van.
I showed up for my scheduled appointment and they told me that they had to reschedule. No one called me to let me know. When I arrived for my appointment there were 2 people behind the desk. One was talking to their friend for several minutes while I stood there holding my grandson and no one acknowledged I was even there. I am terribly disappointed! This is not a way to run a business. I will tell my family and friends not to use your services.
