I've been calling around to get my front bumper painted, already taken off, and he flat out told me he won't do it when it's an easy paint job and they wouldn't even have to take it off or put it back on. Made zero sense to me. He told me he DIDN'T WANT TO DO IT when I explained I only needed it painted. Just seems unprofessional and rude.
