Terry's is the place to be for hometown appliance sales and service! Top notch customer service and product knowledge all at prices comparable to the big box stores! Most items are in stock!
Julie is amazing! She exceeded my expectations and I was able to buy a dryer for my local business over the phone and they gave me a great price and delivered the same day!!! They even provided service after the sale to fix a small issue from the manufacturer. They are the best!
We returned our Costco dishwasher as it didn't have a delayed start. We stopped by Terry's and quickly found a very nice dishwasher with a delayed start. Julie was very helpful. She recommended a couple to install our new dishwasher.
So I didn't actually buy anything from them. I was looking for a gas dryer and they didn't have anything that fit my needs/budget. However, the person I spoke with was honest, knowledgeable, and called another store to see if they had something available. To me, that's above and beyond. I'd go back for sure!
