John came to give us a quote after our plumber said that we had water leaking into the next room from grout erosion and the plumber also said that he had to replace the shower piping and shower fittings. John gave us an excellent analysis and description of what was needed to be done with fixing the plumber-created hole in the wall, waterproofing and tiling. His quote was prompt.
