This whole experience renewed my faith in service calls. Our dog ripped up our carpeting. I called and scheduled for two days later. Dwayne was on-time, honest, and professional. I give him my highest recommendation and will look to use him in the future.
He was on time and professional. We were very happy with the results. He took his time and did it right. We would definitely use him again. Found out he's the sole owner/operator. If you're looking to support a small business he's your guy.
AMAZING SERVICE!! This is a before and after! Duane was quick and communicative! I bought $40 worth of chemicals and 3 hours of cleaning and nothing worked. 30 mins later the stain was gone.
Dwayne is great! Our toilet leaked into our carpet and Dwayne not only replaced the padding underneath the carpet but also deep cleaned the carpet and checked for water damage in other areas. He even left his de-humidifier with us to help dry up any left over moisture. He is very thorough, kind, and responsive and he did it all for a good price. Would highly recommend.
