Worst service and customer care in Toowoomba, the staff us rude and unhelpful. Never take your car there or accept your insurance recommendation to this place.
Dropped my car off Monday and had my car back Wednesday. The staff were wonderful. The service is great and my car was cleaned and looked absolutely wonderful. Using my car for work daily, the quick return of my car was great. They brought my car to me as I had my hands full. I would thoroughly recommend terry wilkie smash repairs. It’s the only one our family uses.
Had my near new Nissan Xtrail repaired at Terry Wilkie Smash very recently. Through a no fault Allianz claim. Graham and the ladies at front office were absolutely professional and friendly and kept me informed by messages as of process and booking in of vehicle and picking up after repairs. Honestly one star is too good for these guys. Mark Wilkie was doing work for us on multiple vehicles. While there was a lot of good work done there were some vehicles with issues. Mark put his head on the sand and failed to respond or engage with multiple emails, text messages and over 50 phone calls! The rectification ended up costing us over $25k and he wondered why we didn’t pay our bill?
