Unlike the rest of the wonderful staff at this pharmacy. Ivo is one of the most rude and condescending pharmacists I have ever spoken to. Unfortunately this doesn’t look like the first time someone has experienced this behaviour from him. Therefore I wouldn’t recommend others here, as no one deserves to be spoken down to as I was

I've been having Webster Packs done here for years. I noticed on the most recent 2 x packs that there was a Epilepsy drug missing, the pack had been signed off by 4 staff members and I would imagine at least 1 being a Chemist. I returned the pack pointed out this ( yet another to add to the list of mistakes I've received from them over the years ) the pharmacist certainly was not coming forward in taking ownership for the shop or genuine with any apology.
