Friendly staff
I visited the Inverloch Terry White Chemist this morning in a panic. In Inverloch minding my grandsons for three days. I realised I have left my pain medication at home. Zhen the pharmacist went above and beyond to help me out. He called my usual Chemist in Warragul and arranged for my 2 scripts to be sent. Within 10 minutes I was all sorted. He also made sure that the two scripts would be added to my pension allowance by giving me a letter to say he had dispensed the meds. The whole tram were lovely. Thankyou Zhen.
It's a pretty sad day when the local pharmacy ive used for 30 years let's a rude staff member taking the prescriptions show so much disrespect!! I had just been to the vet up and across the rd and had to have special drops for her eye...my dog is 13 and only 3.5kg so l was carrying her and not able to leave her in my car as she has anxiety so all l wanted to do was drop the script in and wait outside BUT this elderly staff member who was gossiping away to a man thought she would show me up and stopped mid convo to him and sa... read more
