Staff are always friendly and helpful
Terrible service,had my scripts in before others and still had to wait about 45 minutes while others got theirs first. Not even a "sorry for keeping you waiting " and they had about 8 staff on !!!
I have had several vaccinations here, and each time, have waited in excess of 45 minutes as other customers are served first. The “busy” staff have plenty of time to gossip with customers and are generally disorganised. The first time I went there were no other customers. After I gave my name, I was instructed to take a seat. After 10 minutes, a staff member asked for my name again, and it took most of an hour to enter my details into their system even though I had entered all of my details through the online booking system ... read more
So upset over the service I got today… massive issue with my script to be told a fill in pharmacist decided to change my script repeats without asking me leaving me with no repeat medication for anti anxiety medication that i need to function and no appointments available with my GP for 6 weeks. Really made me feel stupid plus again extremely upset
