Just plain rude, can't recommend, probably good in his day. I think the business needs a freshen up, clear some old wood, maybe some customer service training too could help. Workers look miserable.
I rang Terry to book in for a tune, he confirmed Monday week 8am. I arrived to the rudest reception from a man truly unhappy with his life. OMG no matter what I said to him, he hated the sight of me. He didn't remember the booking and told me he had no time to see my car plus completely bagged the owner of ICE Ignitions repeatedly to me after seeing I had a new system on my car. Beware to the buyers of this service. He rudely sent me away without any consideration of my time taken.
Not happy went in for a warranty job. Was told business sold can't help you. Timing chain problem.very sad
Brilliant service from Terry & Jasper. Took a job for my car to Terry & he not only did the job exactly as he said he would, it was turned around in record time - totally exceeded all expectation. As honest as the day is long, and definitely a must to enquire about at the very least. Terry was brilliant & Jasper was outstanding too - overall a fantastic, no nonsense, fast efficient service. Highly recommended and a solid 5 Stars! AAAAA+++++
I've got a car from the late 90s and trust issues, but I was blown away by the efficiency and know-how at Terry Wallis. They got everything done within the day and within my budget, and their comprehensive car service is well priced. Honest, reliable and no-frills. I'll definitely be back, and have already marked the next service date in my calendar!
