Dr. Egert has consistently provided quality care at a reasonable cost for over 20 years to me and my husband. Along with being proficient, Dr. Egert is kind, thoughtful, and considerate. Dr. Egert has earned our trust!
This doctor and office were hard to deal with, not good with communication, gave mixed up information about scheduling, did not explain the treatment plan very well, charged for an ongoing complete care package and then would not refund the unused portion when the care turned out to be unsatisfactory as compared to another dentist's practice.
I came to Dr Egert on a referral. A judge told me that she was traveling from Westminster to Southeast Denver because Dr Egert was the best. I had some fears based on experiences with other dentists and I had been avoiding going to the dentist. Dr Egert got my gums and teeth in good condition. My kids and I have gone to Dr. Egert for 13 years and he is leagues above my experience with any dentists that have preceded him. I have had some mediocre dentists and some plain awful ones, so for one this good, I travel happily halfway across town for my dental visits. Dr. Egert's technical expertise is great. We are always satisfied with his work including fillings, crowns, mouth guard fittings, and general assessments at routine check ups. Dr. Egert has always been very friendly, personable, and explains what he is doing and what his evaluation means. He does not do procedures that are not needed, as I have had some dentists reccommend in the past. I found him by chance, but have been very happy there and have reccommended him to several friends, who have also been happy with the service as well.
I have lived in Denver for 4 years and had struggled to find a decent dentist before being referred to Dr. Egert by my husband's co-worker. From the moment I entered Dr. Egert's office I felt very comfortable and relaxed. The front desk receptionist was incredibly friendly and very efficient in processing my insurance paperwork.
